Gemini
Direct answer
Gemini is the draft inside Gmail, when your plan includes it. Google's help page says Help me write is global on eligible paid Google AI or Workspace plans, and US-only on personal Gmail without a paid plan. A UK sole trader should check the account before relying on it. You still send the mail.
Drafting a reply in the Gmail message itself, once you have confirmed the feature is on the account.
Watch out. A personal Gmail account without a paid plan should not assume Help me write is available in the UK. Read the price on the card before you subscribe.
Google AI Plus is described on the plans page with 400 GB of storage and Gemini in Gmail for proofreading. Google AI Pro is described with 5 TB. On 25 October 2026 the United States view showed Plus at $4.99 a month and Pro at $19.99 a month. An earlier fetch the same day did not show those card prices. Read the card for your country.
Meet notes are a separate control. The Meet playbook says the comparison-table ticks were blank in the text we fetched, so do not assume Plus includes them.
The Gmail assistant playbook is the setup. The ChatGPT triage playbook is the path that does not depend on a Google AI plan.
