Tools
Direct answer
These are the products named in the playbooks: chat tools, workflow tools, a phone receptionist, a booking page, a scheduler, and the Google apps they sit beside. Each tool page links the pricing URL we checked and the playbooks that use it. A tool with no playbook is not listed.
The agent is rarely the system of record. Gmail, Calendar, and a spreadsheet still hold the work. These pages say when a tool earns a place, and when it does not.

Questions
Why are ordinary tools like Gmail and Sheets here?
Most of the useful work is a label, a booking page, or a sheet you already have. The agent is the draft on top. A tool page that only listed chatbots would hide the step that actually prevents the mistake.
Are the prices on tool pages quotes?
No. They are list prices from the vendor page on the date in the playbook sources, plus a planning conversion into pounds. Open the pricing link before you pay. Plans get renamed.
Can I use a tool that is not listed?
Yes. The method still applies: write the rule, keep send and pay with you, and do not treat an untested screen as a finished setup. Tell us if a missing tool is the one your trade actually uses.
