Changelog

Direct answer

The changelog is every test-log line on the site, newest first. A pending line means the steps have not been run on a live account. A later line will say what matched and what broke, with the date. There is no separate diary that can drift away from the playbook.

A re-test adds a line to the playbook's test log. This page reads those lines. It is not a separate diary, so it cannot drift from the guide. When a status moves from pending to passed or failed, it will show up here with the date and what broke.

Questions

Why are so many entries pending?

Version 1 was compiled from vendor documentation. A pending line is the honest status. It will be replaced, or joined by another line, only after someone follows the steps and writes the result down.

Does a content edit count as a re-test?

No. Updating a price from a vendor page changes the playbook date and the source accessed date. A re-test is a person running the setup. Those are different facts and they stay in different places.

How do I report a step that failed for me?

Use the feedback box on the playbook, or the contact form. Name the step and the screen you saw. That note is a lead for the next test, not a published pass or fail by itself.
