Make

Direct answer

Make is the hosted canvas used for invoice-chasing drafts. The free plan has included 1,000 credits a month and allows more than two steps, with scheduled scenarios spaced out. Core has been listed from about $9 a month on annual billing. Credits are not the same as runs, and an AI module can cost extra credits.

A daily draft of overdue-invoice emails, or a weekly digest, without hosting anything.

Watch out. Credits are not the same as runs. AI steps can cost more than one credit. The free plan spaces scheduled scenarios out.

Make's free plan includes 1,000 credits a month and, on the pricing page, a 15-minute minimum gap between scheduled runs. That is enough for one weekday check of a short invoice sheet. Make's own comparison pages have listed Core from $9 a month when billed annually for 10,000 credits. The monthly toggle is higher. Read the toggle you will actually pay.

These guides use Make to create drafts, not to send mail or to edit the accounting ledger.

Chase overdue invoices with Make drafts

Turn on the reminder feature inside the accounting software you already pay for. If that wording is too blunt, use Make to create Gmail drafts for overdue invoices and send them yourself. Do not let an automation mark invoices paid. This has not been live-tested.

Questions

Why Make for invoices?

Because the free plan can hold a multi-step draft without the two-step limit on Zapier's free plan. That is a product shape, not a measured speed claim.

Does it send the email?

The playbook stops at a Gmail draft. You send it. A scenario that sends by itself is a different, riskier build.

Where is the price?
