Weekly client report

Direct answer

A weekly client report is a short email built from figures you already trust. Claude can draft the prose if it is told not to invent a number. You check every figure and you send it. The Monday admin digest is a different page: it reminds you, and it does not go to the client. This has not been live-tested.

For consultants and small agencies who already know the week's results and lose the afternoon writing them up. The sheet stays the source.

The useful report is the one a client can read on a phone, with no number they cannot trace to your sheet. The Claude guide is that draft.

The Monday digest stays on your side of the relationship. Do not forward it.

Draft a weekly client report in Claude

Draft a weekly client report by pasting figures you already trust into Claude and sending the prose yourself. On 25 October 2026 Free was $0, and Pro was $17 a month billed annually at $200 up front or $20 monthly, before tax. The model must not invent a number. This has not been live-tested.

Questions

Can it include a percentage up on last month?

Only if you typed both numbers. A percentage the model adds is an invented result. The playbook says to delete it.

Is this the Monday digest?

No. The digest is your own reminder of mail, the week, and overdue invoices. A client report is a message you send to someone else, from a note you prepared.

Should the model read the client's inbox?

Not in this setup. You paste the week's note. A connector into their mail is a permission this task does not ask for.
