Capsule is a customer relationship manager, or CRM, from Zestia Ltd. A CRM is where you keep customer contacts, the deals you are chasing and the follow-up tasks. Capsule's homepage describes it as "simple to start" and "built for growth". AgentShed has not hands-on tested it. Everything below is what Capsule and Transpond said on their own websites on 1 November 2026.
What it costs. Capsule's pricing page, read in its UK version in pounds, lists a Free plan at £0 for a maximum of 2 users, with 250 contacts, 5 custom fields and 1 sales pipeline. Starter is £14 per user a month billed annually, with 30,000 contacts, email templates, a shared mailbox and basic reporting. Growth is £27, with 60,000 contacts, workflow automations, multiple pipelines and email sync. Advanced is £42, with 120,000 contacts. Ultimate is listed for teams of five or more. Capsule says paid plans have a free 14-day trial with no card needed, no setup fees, and monthly or annual payment. The page shows a "Rated 4.7 on G2" badge, which is Capsule's claim and which AgentShed has not checked. Prices vary by country.
The Transpond add-on. Capsule says Transpond is an email marketing suite it owns and that it connects directly to the CRM. Transpond has its own pricing page. Read in pounds with its contact slider at 250, it lists a Free plan with 2 users and up to 250 active contacts, and Starter at £7.20 a month billed annually. Higher plans were £14.40 (Growth), £40.50 (Advanced) and £67.50 (Ultimate), and the price changes as the contact count rises. Capsule's own pricing page shows its marketing add-on "starting from £7 a month". The Transpond link on this page is an affiliate link.
Before you pick it. Count your contacts and users. Check which features sit in the plan you need, because several, such as workflow automations, are listed from Growth upward. Ask what the free plan leaves out. If you send marketing email, check the rules that apply to you. This page is general information, not legal advice.
The website button is an affiliate link when paid surfaces are on. The pricing button is the ordinary pricing page. A commission does not buy a verdict.
