GetResponse is an email marketing and automation platform. Its homepage describes AI-powered email, automation and SMS, with landing pages, signup forms, webinars and funnels alongside. Its terms name GetResponse S.A. of Gdańsk, Poland as the provider, and a separate US terms page names GetResponse Inc. of Delaware for its US site. AgentShed has not tested it. Everything below is what getresponse.com said on 2 November 2026.
How the pricing works. GetResponse prices by the size of your contact list, from 500 up to 100,000 contacts, with larger lists on custom Enterprise pricing. The page we read quoted euros and said prices are net amounts. For 1,000 contacts billed monthly it listed Starter at 16, Marketer at 54 and Creator at 62 a month, with yearly billing 18% cheaper. Starter lists unlimited monthly sends, a landing page builder, signup forms, 3 users and 1 custom automation workflow. Marketer lists unlimited automation workflows, abandoned cart recovery, sales funnels and up to 5 users. Creator adds webinars, a website builder and a course creator. SMS marketing is listed only on Enterprise.
The free trial. GetResponse says you can try premium features free for 14 days with no credit card. Afterwards you lose the premium features unless you upgrade, but you keep a free account. Its FAQ lists limits on that account, including a GetResponse badge on every email and landing page visits capped at 1,000 unique visitors a month. It also lists a 50% discount on monthly plans for charities and NGOs.
UK customers. GetResponse's help page says customers in the United Kingdom are charged 20% VAT whether or not they give a VAT ID. It says the service is for business customers only. Its pricing FAQ lists live chat in English during set hours and email support at any time.
What it says about itself. GetResponse's homepage says more than 350,000 customers use it, that it has a 99% deliverability rate and that it has more than 150 integrations. Those are GetResponse's claims, and AgentShed has not checked them.
Before you pick it. Count your contacts now and in a year, because the price follows the list. Check which currency you are shown and add VAT. Decide whether you need automation and funnels or only a newsletter; a newsletter-only tool such as Beehiiv is a different shape. UK rules on marketing email depend on how you collected each address, so check them for your own list. This is general information, not legal advice.
The website and pricing buttons are affiliate links when paid surfaces are on. Both use the same tracked link, which opens GetResponse's pricing page. A commission does not buy a verdict.
