KrispCall is a cloud phone system from KrispCall Communications Inc. Its contact page lists offices in Dover, Delaware and in Singapore. You get a business number, an app and a browser dialer, and a shared inbox for calls, texts and voicemail. AgentShed has not tested it. Everything below is what krispcall.com said on 2 November 2026.
How the pricing works. KrispCall charges per user, in US dollars. Its pricing page lists Starter at $15 a user a month, or $12 billed annually; Advance at $40, or $32 billed annually; Max at $60, or $48 billed annually; and a custom Enterprise plan. Starter is described as for teams of 1 to 5, Advance supports up to 50 users, and Max has no member limit. Starter lists 200 outbound and 200 inbound minutes per user a month, for local numbers in the US, Canada, UK and Australia, subject to a fair usage policy. Max lists unlimited calling, also subject to that policy. The same page says calls and texts are billed separately from the subscription, at rates that vary by country and number type, so check the rates page against your own calling before you decide.
No free trial. KrispCall's FAQ says there is no free trial or free plan, a card is required, and paid plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee on the subscription. It also offers a free demo.
What it says it does. KrispCall lists business calling and texting, a call inbox, call transfer, call recording on higher plans, multi-level IVR menus, greeting voice messages, call monitoring, and integrations with more than 100 tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zapier. Its AI features are AI-written texts and message rephrasing, with call transcripts and summaries as an add-on. It says it serves customers in more than 160 countries and holds ISO 27001 certification. Those are KrispCall's claims, and AgentShed has not checked them.
UK numbers. Each user gets one free UK local or mobile number, or a US or Canadian one. KrispCall's coverage page says a UK number needs identity and address documents, and says calls and texts can be limited until you have been verified. UK numbers can be ported in from another provider. If your number must be a normal UK number that customers can dial, check that before you pay.
Before you pick it. Count how many people need a line and how many minutes you use, then price the usage as well as the seats. Check the verification steps for a UK number, and read the refund terms. If you are comparing it with an answering service, note that KrispCall is a phone system you run yourself. The AI receptionist guide covers the message-taking side.
The website button is an affiliate link when paid surfaces are on. The pricing button is the ordinary pricing page. A commission does not buy a verdict.

Max is $60, or $48 billed annually. Enterprise is custom. The page says calls, texts and extra numbers are billed separately, so work out your own call volume before you compare.

No. KrispCall's pricing FAQ says it does not currently offer a free trial or a free plan. It says every paid plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee on the subscription, and that a credit or debit card is required to sign up. It also offers a free demo. Read the refund terms before you rely on the guarantee.
Can I get a UK phone number?
KrispCall's pricing page says each user gets one free US, Canadian or UK number, with a UK local or mobile number as an option. Its country coverage page lists what a UK number needs: a government ID or passport and proof of address for an individual, or business details such as a Companies House number for a business. It says calls and texts can be limited without that verification.
Does KrispCall answer calls with AI?
KrispCall calls itself an AI-powered communication platform. The AI items on the pages we read are AI-written text messages, AI rephrasing of messages, and call transcripts and summaries, with transcripts and summaries listed as an add-on. We did not see a feature on those pages where an AI answers incoming calls for you. If that is what you want, ask KrispCall and read the AI receptionist guide on this site.
Can I keep my existing business number?
KrispCall's coverage page lists number porting for the United Kingdom. It says you clear any outstanding charges with your current provider and send a signed letter of authorisation, the numbers, your old provider's details, recent invoices and, if you are leaving another internet phone service, its SIP details. How long that takes is not on the page.
Is the website button an affiliate link?
Yes, when paid surfaces are on. It uses AgentShed's KrispCall programme URL and rel sponsored, and the note beside it says affiliate link. The pricing button stays on KrispCall's ordinary pricing page. A commission does not buy a verdict.
Has AgentShed tested KrispCall?
No. AgentShed has not tested KrispCall, made a call through it, or checked its call quality. This page reports what KrispCall's own pages say, read on 2 November 2026. Where KrispCall makes a claim, this page says KrispCall says it.
